Compassionate Therapy for Individuals in Panama City, Florida

When you’re going through a difficult time, it can be so easy to feel like things will never get better and that you are alone in your struggle. Although we each have a unique story, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, emotional distress, or relational concerns, we can work together to help you grow through life’s challenges.

Therapy is a place where you can learn the skills, feel your feelings, and establish healthy habits to get your mental health back to where you want it to be.

What you can expect from our services

  • Judgement-free zone

Experience a safe and accepting place to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It’s my goal to give you a space where you can be your authentic self and open up at your own pace!

  • Get to know yourself!

You may have questions such as “why am I like this” or “who even am I?”. I’ll be honest, even though I can help you through external processing, only YOU can tell you who you are. Therapy can be a great place for self-exploration and evaluation.

  • Treatment planning from a mental health expert

Treatment plans are uniquely tailored to the personalities, needs, & values of each individual client! Goal setting will be based on the wellness framework of personal, physical, emotional, social, professional, and spiritual wellness.

  • Weekly assignments to help you reach your goals

“Homework” will often be assigned towards the end of the session and then reviewed at the beginning of the following session. This will be based on the treatment plan and steps to achieve your therapeutic goals. Most of what you get out of therapy is the work you put in outside of the session!

  • Receive custom handouts & info sheets

Do you enjoy having something you can read later while at home? You’ll receive a physical or digital copy of helpful tips relating to what we are working on in treatment. We also have handouts relating to a wide variety of mental health topics.

  • Learn healthy coping mechanisms

Did you know there are healthy AND unhealthy coping mechanisms? Having a wide variety of healthy coping mechanisms in your “tool box” can not only prepare you to face big challenges, but can also make maintaining mental wellness so much easier! I’ll help you to learn what these can look like in your life and how to move away from potentially harmful coping.
